Trader Opportunity

Trader Opportunity

There is an opportunity for a food/drink catering concession at Preston BID’s Christmas Lights Switch On, on Saturday 23rd November.

Space is negotiable and the exact pitch location will be determined by the BID and successful concession operator.

We require a good quality food and/or drink provision will add to event and local businesses are being offered first refusal.

It is a family-friendly event with many children in attendance, generally crowds exceed 6,000,7,000 across the event which officially runs from 5.45pm – 8.00pm.

There will be a small fee to trade and opportunities are limited to one/two traders; the site is licensed for the sale of alcohol.

Our vision is that the operator would sell Christmas or winter themed refreshments: crepes, chestnuts, mulled wine, hot chocolate etc.

The concession will be responsible for its own power, refuse disposal, insurance, water, health and safety and hygiene etc.

Interested parties should email – please register your initial interest Monday 4th November, and forward pictures of your concession and your suggested fee pitch.
