Roccia Win National Award

Roccia Tiles, Bathrooms and Kitchens has won yet another award; the nationally renowned ‘Show Space of the Year’ at Designer Awards 2020.

The event was hosted by Designerati magazine with the aim of showcasing the very best in home interior design. Roccia competed against multiple retailers from across the UK to bring the trophy home to Preston.

The ‘Show Space of the Year’ award acknowledges excellence in showrooms and display spaces. On announcing the win for Roccia, the judges noted how impressive the displays for tiles, bathrooms and kitchen at the Preston showroom.

Roccia has been in business for over 25 years and have worked hard to give customers a buying experience like no other. Visitors to the Preston showroom will find products to suit every budget coupled with friendly yet professional staff with decades of product knowledge and experience.

Upon accepting the award, Managing Director at Roccia, Zabir Patel, said: “We are delighted to win such a prestigious national award. This achievement as well as all the other awards is a recognition of the hard work our staff have put in particularly throughout the last five years’’, said Mr Patel.

Roccia has been working throughout the last year on a successful expansion project at their Preston showroom, which saw its floor space increase from 27,000 sq. ft to an impressive 38,500 sq. ft.

“We have recently expanded our show space to offer visitors the most sought after kitchen brands in the world. So when combined with our existing bathroom and tile display, our showroom really does encompass everything that our customers need for their home space.”

With the additional space ready they introduced kitchen brands such as Valcucine, Cesar, and Jacob and Sons. The new space is now home to Scossa, an independent Italian furniture emporium and a dedicated area showcases the best of Internorm doors and windows. All of these additions certainly played a role in the Preston based retailer filling another space in their trophy cabinet.

Zabir Patel went on to add: “We have worked tirelessly on the showroom expansion at Roccia Preston, and we are pleased to announce it is almost ready for an official launch. The expansion has further solidified our showroom’s position as the largest independent tile, bathroom and kitchen showroom in the UK.”
